There are 4 dark souls in the realm. The Wicked Banshees of the North, Easy, West, and South. Yet, there is but one amazing, brave young woman, she by the name of Bodana, who must defeat them. This is her tale!
Excerpt
Bo wanted to know more about this elven monstrosity even still. What made these crones tick?
Oshie again heckled her and the horse. “The thing is, I know his weakness, young lady. It's so simple and always worked on him before.”
“Oh no,” Awesome then said to his rider. “Get ready to jump off of me.”
It was then the banshee again called out a series of syllables followed by a hand toss of a black cloudlike image right into Awesome’ s face. She then spoke to him in a whisper of a voice. “Sleep now, old friend. Go to sleep!”
Down went the horse and as instructed, Bodana jumped off just in time so as not to fall and perhaps break a leg. It was now just she against the banshee, one on one.
To the left of them, both gnomes worked in unison to try to save Stewart. One was pumping on his chest while the other was breathing air in through his mouth. But nothing was working. They kept trying.
Oshie then circled about Bo. None of her harpies remained alive. Her grotesque, sewn-together mouth was gaping open as she hissed and hissed over at her young opponent.
“It is time now that I finish you forever,” the old hag called out.
Bo had other things in mind. She immediately pulled out one of her throwing knives and threw as fast as she could at the old witch, followed by another and yet another. The three blades shot out and hit Oshie solidly. Yet Bo was more than surprised when each of them simply fell to the floor, doing no harm at all.
“Hahaha.” The wicked hag laughed, raising her clawed hands up at Bo.
